*PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING REGARDING DETAILS ON OUR REOPENING PROTOCOLS AND GUIDELINES WE WILL BE FOLLOWING AT PORT 5*

We will be following and enforcing restrictions and guidelines set per the State Liquor Commission, the Health Department, the Governor’s Office and Port 5.

Screening and social distancing protocols are as follows:

Before you are served you must agree to have your temperature taken by the bartender with a no touch thermometer.

If you do not feel well please Do Not come to Port 5.

If you have traveled to a state that is currently spiking in COVID cases please refrain from visiting Port 5 for two weeks.

Masks are mandatory! Masks may be taken off only when you are seated at a table. When walking around or going inside to use the restrooms Masks Must Be Worn.

Tables and chairs will be set up for social distancing, no member or guest is allowed to move tables or chairs. The most important thing we are trying to do is keep our employees, members and guests as safe as possible. The bartender on duty is in charge, please be respectful to them, they did not create what is happening they only have to try and deal with the situation.

We have hired a professional cleaning service to sanitize the inside of building and outside deck which includes tables, chairs, floors, bathrooms, bar area, kitchen and anything else that needs to be cleaned.

The main bar will be closed and is off limits to all, the back room service bar will be open with service only from the outside window on the deck, there will not be any inside bar service. No alcohol may be brought onto Port 5 property, everything must be purchased from Port 5, including water. If a member brings any beverages onto Port 5 property they will be suspended, non members will be barred. All drinks will be served in plastic cups, no glasses will be used. You may bring your own glass and pour the drink from the plastic cup into it, the bartender will not be allowed to handle your glass so when you leave you must take it with you. We will ask that before you leave please clear all trash off of the table and then wipe the table down, Port 5 will supply what is needed to clean.

We have not made a decision on what days that we will be open moving forward as it will all depend on the amount of business that we are doing. For now we will be putting out weekly schedules and will keep you posted through our social media outlets and our website.

It is time for all members to come to the Port and use what we are offering as we need to do as much business as possible. If you have any concerns or questions you can contact Commander Iannucci directly via email at richardiannucci@yahoo.com
